Responsibilities
1、Form and lead cross-functional project team, clarify the scope of work, job responsibilities, work tasks and work objectives of each functional department; at the same time, manage the team dynamics, promote efficient communication, and resolve conflicts within the team;
2、Prepare project implementation plan, develop project plan, including determining the project scope, project objectives, identifying key milestones, identifying project risks, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the project (design, procurement, construction, commissioning, shipment and other phases), to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the project plan;
3、Responsible for project cost planning, cost optimization, development and maintenance of project cost plan, to ensure accurate forecasting and allocations of all cost items; and in the process of project implementation to monitor the deviation of the actual expenditures from the budget, and make timely adjustments to prevent cost overruns;
4, in the process of project implementation, identify and manage key stakeholders in the project, including internal team members and external customers; as a window of communication and exchange with customers, to understand the needs and expectations of customers, manage customer relationships, and timely resolution of customer concerns and problems;
4, arranging and organizing regular project meetings, coordinating and solving problems at all stages and in all departments during project implementation, tracking meeting action items, and ensuring that meeting decisions are effectively implemented;
5、Regularly report project progress and key issues;
6, at the end of the project, the organization of the project team to review and summarize the project, the formation of written experience summary document for future project implementation to provide reference.
Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering management, project management, process equipment and control engineering, mechanical and related majors;
2, Engineering project management experience at least 2 years and above, familiar with the whole life cycle of engineering projects, nuclear power /chemical /oil and gas /offshore engineering module, skid project management experience is preferred, overseas projects, central enterprises project management experience is preferred.
3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with team members, customers and suppliers.
4、Problem solving ability, able to quickly identify problems and find solutions during the project process.
